All accommodations have been prepared to offer a peaceful and pleasant stay in Valsassina.

The space

A 45 m² apartment located on the second floor of a residential building with no lift, accessed exclusively by stairs. The landing on this floor is shared with two other apartments, while each unit is fully private, with its own entrance and key, provided at check-in.

The apartment is suitable for guests who value peace, views, comfort and close contact with nature.

Bedrooms

The apartment has two bedrooms:

Main bedroom
Features a balcony with views of the mountains Pian delle Betulle and Alpe Giumello, as well as the river, the village, the church and its bell tower.
It includes one double bed and one sofa bed, which can accommodate a fifth guest upon prior request.
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables with lamps, pedestal fan and rugs.

A portable cot (120×60 cm) for a baby up to 15 kg can be placed in this room. The cot is prepared with full bedding and a bath towel and must be requested at the time of booking.

Second bedroom
Equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe with drawers and hangers, bedside table, lamp and mirror.
The window offers views of the river, mountains, village and church.
This room is a passageway to the main bedroom, which should be considered when organising the group.

Both bedrooms include complete bed linen, duvets, blankets, pillows, bath and hand towels.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and curtain, hairdryer, liquid hand soap, toilet paper and cleaning products.

Kitchen

A practical, well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, electric kettle and water filter.
Pots, pans, a pizza tray, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and wine glasses are provided for up to six guests.

A tablecloth, fabric napkins, tea towels, paper towels and rubbish bags are available.
For your stay, we provide ground coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil and a Moka coffee maker.

Extras

In the hallway cupboard you will find playing cards, dominoes and the game Forza 4.
For your arrival, we prepare a welcome basket with biscuits and tea sachets.

Comfort and safety

All rooms are equipped with radiators, supplied by the building’s central boiler, suitable for the local winter climate.
A smoke detector is installed in the kitchen.

Mobility and leisure

We offer, as a courtesy loan, two 26-inch bicycles with gears and two scooters with adjustable height, suitable for users up to 60 kg.
Their use is not considered a rental and is not covered by insurance. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents or damage. Reservation is required via Airbnb messaging.
