One-bedroom apartment

Apartment with one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. A good option for couples or guests who would like more independence during their stay. 

The space

You will stay in a private apartment of approximately 29 m², consisting of 1 bedroom, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is accessible by stairs.

The entrance to the 2nd floor, the staircase and the hallway are shared access areas for three accommodations. Each apartment has its own door and key, which will be provided at check-in.

The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, standing fan, rugs and a desk with a lamp and 3 chairs, which can also be used as a workspace.

The balcony offers views of the mountains, including Alpe Giumello and Pian delle Betulle, as well as views of the river, the town and the church bell tower.

The apartment is prepared with bed linen, pillows, duvet, blankets and bath, hand and bidet towels.

We also have a 120 x 60 cm travel cot, suitable for children up to 15 kg. The cot includes sheets, pillow, duvet, blanket and towel. It must be requested in advance.

The bathroom includes hand soap, toilet paper, disinfectant, a bathtub with shower, curtain and drying rack.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, electric oven, electric kettle, water filter, cabinets and built-in dishwasher.

Pots, pans, a pizza tray, plastic containers, salad bowl, colander, glasses, wine glasses, tea cups, coffee cups, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils are also available. The kitchenware is prepared for up to 4 people.

The kitchen also has a small table for 2 people, a trivet and basic items for your stay. We provide ground coffee, sugar, a Moka coffee maker, salt and olive oil, as well as paper towels and a garbage bag.

For your arrival, we prepare a small basket with biscuits and tea bags.

There is a smoke detector installed in the kitchen.

All rooms have radiators powered by the building’s central boiler system. There is also a temperature sensor in the bedroom.

Guest access

Guests have private access to all areas of the apartment: bedroom, balcony, kitchen and bathroom.

Inside the property, the route to the apartment, including the stairs and hallway, is shared with guests from the other accommodations.

Bicycles

We have two 26-inch bicycles with gears, which may be used by guests subject to availability.

The bicycles are shared among the accommodations on the property, so they are not reserved exclusively for this apartment throughout the stay.

Use of the bicycles must be requested in advance by message through the booking platform, such as Airbnb or Booking, so that we can check availability and organize everything in the best possible way.

The bicycles are provided as a free loan, not as a rental service. For this reason, there is no specific insurance policy for their use.

Guests who use the bicycles are responsible for using them properly and safely, as well as for any accidents, damage, injuries or losses caused to themselves, third parties or property.

Other things to note

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
