THE SPACE

You will stay in a private suite consisting of a bedroom and bathroom, located on the 2nd floor of the house, accessible by stairs.

The suite is a practical and comfortable option for guests who wish to rest and enjoy Valsassina. Please note that this accommodation does not have a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, or space for preparing meals.

The hallway on the 2nd floor is a shared access area for three accommodations. Each unit has its own door and key, which will be provided at check-in.

The bedroom includes a double bed, bed linen, pillows, duvet, blankets, lamps, standing fan, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We also provide a water-filtering jug and two glass cups.

The suite has a private balcony with mountain views, ideal for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

The bathroom is equipped with bath and hand towels, liquid hand soap, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper and disinfectant. It has a bathtub with shower and curtain.

There is a smoke detector installed between the bedroom and the bathroom.

The bedroom and bathroom have heating through the building’s central boiler system. There is also a temperature sensor in the bedroom.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the suite’s bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The route inside the property to reach the accommodation, including the staircase and the hallway on the 2nd floor, is shared with guests from the other units.

There is no access to a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave or any area for preparing meals.

Bicycles

We have two 26-inch bicycles with gears, which may be used by guests subject to availability.

The bicycles are shared among the accommodations on the property, so they are not reserved exclusively for this suite throughout the stay.

Use of the bicycles must be requested in advance by message through the booking platform, such as Airbnb or Booking, so that we can check availability and organize everything in the best possible way.

The bicycles are provided as a free loan, not as a rental service. For this reason, there is no specific insurance policy for their use.

Guests who use the bicycles are responsible for using them properly and safely, as well as for any accidents, damage, injuries or losses caused to themselves, third parties or property.

The suite is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs.

This accommodation does not have a kitchen and does not offer access to a refrigerator, microwave or cooking area.
