House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to maintain the comfort of the apartments, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules during your stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Please respect quiet hours, especially after 10:00 PM, out of consideration for the neighbors and other guests.

Parties, events, or gatherings with people not included in the reservation are not allowed.

Please take good care of the keys. In case of loss or any problem, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately.

Waste must be separated according to the local recycling guidelines. Instructions will be available inside the apartment.

When leaving the apartment, please turn off the lights, electronic devices, and equipment, and make sure that doors and windows are properly closed.

Please use the apartment, furniture, utensils, and equipment with care and respect.

In case of any problem, question, damage, or need during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help.
