How to get here

The house is located in Cortenova, in the heart of Valsassina, among the Italian Prealps, in a convenient position to reach Lake Como, the mountains and several points of interest in the area.

We are about 15–20 minutes by car from Lake Como, the Bellano and Varenna area, and approximately 20 minutes from the cable car parking area for Piani di Bobbio, one of the best-known places in the region for skiing, hiking and enjoying a day in the mountains.

By car, Cortenova is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Milan and approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, depending on traffic.

For guests arriving by public transport, from Lecco railway station it is possible to take the D135 bus line towards Taceno, Parlasco, Prato San Pietro. The bus stop is located near Lecco station. Travel time to Cortenova may vary: some buses are more direct, while others pass through several villages in the valley.
